Christian Burns

About Me

Christian Burns is a financial planner with Southwest Wealth Advisory Group, where he holds both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designations. Beyond his professional career, Christian has always carried a deep passion for financial literacy, community service, and creating opportunities for young people and families.

Philanthropy is rooted in his upbringing. In middle school, Christian’s mother co-founded the East Valley Boys Service Club (EVBSC), a nonprofit that engaged kids and parents in community service. As a member, Christian learned firsthand the value of dedicating time and energy to give back, a lesson that shaped his character and future vision.

Alongside his commitment to service, Christian has long been inspired by the freedom and self-expression he found snowboarding on top of a mountain blanketed with fresh snow. Wanting to share that transformative experience, he founded All On Board in 2018 to introduce under-resourced youth in Phoenix to skiing and snowboarding. The first trip launched in 2019 at Arizona Snowbowl, and after partnering with Linking Sports and Communities in its early years, All On Board officially became its own 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2021.

Today, All On Board exists to empower youth through skiing and snowboarding, helping them develop leadership, teamwork, and courage while discovering the joy of nature. The vision is simple yet bold: bring snow to the desert—turning the dream of learning to ride the mountain into a reality for kids who may have never had the chance.
